Usage

$ hotfix apply pastebin:1234abcd
$ hotfix apply gist:user/hash
$ hotfix apply http://some.site/url.to.fix

Applying local patches

$ hotfix apply --insecure test.hotfix

Signing

$ hotfix sign test.hotfix
